Laura Turlington is the co-founder of One Community Programs and a teacher in the lineage of don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements®. She combines this lineage with elemental traditions, energy awareness and practical wisdom to guide people in workshops and journeys to develop their personal awareness and explore and manifest their heart’s desire. Laura teaches at Yale University and is the principal of Pirie Turlington Architects, where she provides high-quality design and facilitation services for all scales of the built environment. She is dedicated to reflecting the union of the spiritual and the everyday, and supporting the evolution of humanity into an era of balance and unity.
Luca DiMatteo is a successful podiatrist who uses his nurturing, compassionate nature to understand all aspects of his clients and to facilitate their health and well-being. Luca is the co-founder of One Community Programs and guides from broad-based wisdom and the lineage of don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements ®. Luca facilitates the integration of personal vision with the community in which we live, work and play. He leads group workshops and journeys, and offers private apprenticeships to assist others in creating a connection with their emotional and physical bodies, developing loving relationships with themselves and others, and expressing the joy of life in every moment.
Michelle Marquis has journeyed from race car driver to social justice activist to corporate engineer to become founder of Artistry of Presence. She assists individuals & businesses in creating balance and honoring individual authenticity to experience the true nature of human consciousness. Michelle guides people in developing their awareness, recovering personal faith and experiencing life as the joy that it is!
Tammy L. Waite is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist & energy worker who draws directly from nature, the wisdom of The Four Agreements© and other ancient traditions to support her clients on a path of healing, health and balance. Tammy reflects for her clients the belief that when we live in truth, balance and complete wellbeing, we align ourselves with the universal source of all life and create the opportunity to open and utilize our unique and sacred gifts.

The journey to Teotihuacan really opened up a lot of energy in me that has fueled my creative efforts. In fact, just this morning I was just thinking about the little boy, Icarus, who we met at the top of the Pyramid of the Sun. In the Icarus myth the yang (masculine) and yin (feminine) principles are symbolized in their extreme forms. For me, the message in the myth is not that we can’t or shouldn’t channel the archetypal forces, rather it portrays the balance that must be maintained, “flying” not too high and not too low. Dedalius was teaching Icarus about a more levelheaded or middle way. For me this means discipline and patience working in harmony with inspiration and imagination. Our journey to Teotihuacan reinforced this idea for me — the balance of sun and moon and what I need to do to achieve more balance.
